
TONI ANN MARABELLO, ESQ.
Toni Ann Marabello is an experienced estate attorney. Her practice concentrates primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning and administration, estate litigation and guardianship law. Toni Ann obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing with a Pre-Law Minor from Montclair State University in 2009. She earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2013. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the State of New York.
Upon admission to the bar in 2013, Toni Ann was hired as an associate attorney at a boutique trust and estates firm in Livingston, New Jersey where she worked throughout her law school tenure. In 2017, she joined a larger firm in her native Bergen County, where her practice expanded in the areas of guardianship law and contested guardianship and estate litigation. Toni Ann is often appointed by the Court to serve in various fiduciary capacities such as Guardian Ad Litem, Court-Appointed Counsel, Administrator C.T.A. and Trustee.
Toni Ann has previously served as Alternate Public Defender for the Borough of Oakland and currently serves as Alternate Public Defender for the Boroughs of New Milford and Mahwah. She is the former President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Bergen County Bar Association. She is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Women Lawyers in Bergen.
Toni Ann is active in the real estate industry as an affiliate member for the Greater Bergen Association of Realtors. She speaks regularly at local real estate office meetings on current real estate transaction issues. She has also been selected as a Bergen County Top Lawyer in 2020 for Real Estate.
